"Them wot can, does
~them wot can't, teach..."

...and those that can and do frequently make terrible teachers...

I didn't leave school and become a trainer; I did my share of "doing" first. My first training wasn't called training: it was called "being a boss and getting the best out of my team".

My second training was adult education in I.T.: "if you're not going to build your own website, at least you'll know what you're paying for..."

Now I train people. I don't have to know their job ~ I just have to understand their working.

It means listening to what the participants bring to the session.

It means taking an overview of their situation.

It means finding the connections as well as the disparities between their situation and the desired situation.

It means understanding principles as much as techniques and applying principles across disciplines and strategies.

It means all the stuff we don't have time for when we're "doing the job"

Communication is always welcomed, but I'm doing my bit to rid the world of spam.
So, the domain is "trainerizer.com" and it's whatever you want to put before the "at" symbol...
